I am a GIS Specialist working in Labrador, primarily using R-Spatial tools, QGIS and GRASS for land use mapping. I am also finishing a PhD in Archaeology.

I haven’t taken part in any OSGeo projects yet, but I have contributed as a speaker at the FOSS4GNA conference.

In the future, I would love to learn the skills to help me build a better basemap as a web service layer. At the minute, I would like to be able to post maps to the QGIS Maps website (linked below), which requires an OSGEO login.
