Name: Jeddah Yanti
Tell us about yourself: I am a Doctoral Student at Gadjah Mada University and a firm believer that the future of sustainable energy must be built on open foundations. My research on environmental degradation in wind farms relies on complex Lidar, Remote Sensing, and Radar data, but its true power comes from being processed through the open-source ecosystem. For me, using QGIS and OpenStreetMap (OSM) isn’t just a technical choice; it is a commitment to transparency and the democratization of spatial data.
