Latest release of Lizmap Web Client 3.9.3 - prod-ready

Hi everyone,

We have released the latest bug-fixes for both versions :

As said before, there will be less overlap between releases, so the end of 3.8 branch should happen quickly.

This 3.9.3 release is prod-ready and supports QGIS 3.44 project file.
