We have released end of last month the latest bug-fixes for both versions :
As said before, there will be less overlap between releases, so the end of 3.8 branch should happen quickly. This release should be the last one.

Thanks for this new 3.9 release, i happily installed it on most of my instances 
Just one thing: This regression which arrived on 3.9. is really buggering me, as i have some clients which deem the export function as crucial, and on the 3.8 branch this still works - it would be nice to have this fixed for 3.9, if that’s possible!
Aaaaand it seems that there is no proper release file for 3.8.13 - it’s just the source code?
