Due to leakage on the SAC Matrix/IRC chats, I've updated the mantra needed
to register new accounts.
I've recorded the procedure on the wiki:
If anyone feels to clean that page up like adding a "tag" (or what is that called)
to group togheter all procedures listed in SAC - OSGeo
or add references to what I'm talking about, you are all welcome.
This year SAC has a reduced budget and somebody is already calling OSGeo dead.
I'm concerned myself about the life of a foundation dismissing its
body and I find it dangerous, as an community, to fully rely on the
infrastructure of big corporations that don't share the software in
its full form (distributable, editable source code).
For the above reason I please please please you to help keeping this
fragile body of OSGeo infrastructure up and running. Thank you all !
