We have been experiencing an issue for the last week in which tiles are not loading in the map image and there is no way to set pin location. All tiles fail and display broken image. Is this a common issue, and how do we resolve it?
error message:
vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org states that it is using an supported protocol.
error message: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
our IT department investigated and determined the issue is on the OS Geo side.

I don’t think we support this application anymore. I’m not sure who is in charge of it if we still do. I was thinking of just shutting that off.

Do you know whether there is an alternative server providing these vmap0 maps via WMS? The Live Access Server Web application uses this service (http://vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org/wms/vmap0) for displaying a map in the upper left corner, like in our case: Integrated Climate Data Center
