Okay this will work well, updated https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Annual_General_Meeting_2017

  • Website reveal / announce - during the opening OSGeo section
  • website for psc members before the project updates
  • website for local chapters before local chapter updates
  • website for committee chairs before committee updates

And we can mention things like branding during our marketing committee update (Marc).
