[Marketing] Communication Strategy doc online

Hi, just a note that I did a very rough/raw export of the communication plan document that the contractor provide - and saved it in the wiki at:

http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Marketing_Communication_Strategy_2008

Aside from some encoding issues, OpenOffice 2.4 has a nice Export as Wiki option!

Hi,
thanks for editing the paper. I removed some encoding errors, hard coded sections, title numbering and made a few minor edits.

There is quite a lot of other stuff in the Wiki that should be linked to/from here, especially: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/WebCom_OSGeo_Site_Focus

So how do we proceed from here?

Thoughts?

Best regards, Arnulf.

I'm very excited to see so much thought and obvious effort having gone into this marketing strategy.

I've read through and added some comments in red and will make a concerted effort to give the Marketing committee some more attention that I have done lately.

In general, I think it would be worth discussing how marketing will be implemented (OSGeo local committees come to mind).

Out of interest, how has the plan been funded.
