The PDF document “Project Timelines and Delivery Dates” indicates Jan 27th in the EOI timeline; this is the same date that appears on the website.
I expect that the date was pushed back and not updated in all the places.
We will add this question and answer to the website page.

They thus consider the 27th as formal deadline as it is stated in the document.

We just read the document about the request for expression of interest, and we found inside the dead line of the close of EOI reported as the 27th ofJanuary.
However, in your recent communication set by Jody Garnett (see below) you wrote:

Could you gently help us make it clear? The time to build a respectable documentation is would take some hours, and it’d be graet we could get a couple of days more.
