I very much like Astrid’s idea of Exhibition packs, although for the larger global and regional conferences we may need a larger pack-size than the two offered. See:

Bugdget for posting the material

I just noticed that the wiki-page Talk:Exhibition Pack - OSGeo
does not contain costs for sending the exhibition pack to the chapters. We should calculate +-20 for posting the matrial.
Bugdet for OSGeoLive sticker and postcards

Could we add some additional budget for producing OSGeoLive postcards and sticker? We can add them to the exhibition packs.
