Final preparations are underway for the first OSGeo Irish Chapter event (see https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Ireland/Symposium2017 ) at the end of May.
We were wondering if OSGeo could supply any materials we can distribute at the event?
We'd like to apply for a Exhibition Pack if possible - https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Exhibition_Pack - are these still available?
We plan on a minimum of 30 attendees. Ideally we'd like to distribute OSGeo-Live on USB keys. If these aren't available in the pack we could look at trying to arrange these ourselves.

Aside: We just had our meeting with the website/branding team - I am not quite sure if new branding will be ready in time for your event on May 26th - so I would not recommend printing up a full exhib pack for your local chapter. (since it would only get replaced next year).

please send a delivery address and I will send material to you. I could send material for 100 attendees and you can spread the material or use it for the next event.
We do not have USB sticks at the moment, so you would have to organize them on your own.
