[Marketing] let's fix a date for the next OSGeo marketing meeting

we have an agenda to discuss.

Looks like mebers are fine with irc or skype.

@Marc as chair: Could you make a suggestion for the next meeting? Maybe in the late evening in Europe woule be fine. As Cameron can take part in the morning.

Hi Astrid,

An 1 to 1.5 hours earlier works better for me (now that daylight saving has kicked in). Hopefully should make it a bit easier for Europe as well:
