More seriously do we want to put together a page (even a wiki page) for this EOI/RFP process?To start out with it can have the EOI, a request for sponsors, a list of initiative sponsors, etc…
I know we are asking for sponsors (for the foundation as a whole, highlighting this as an activity) - are we the marketing committee in position to offer sponsors anything specific for supporting this activity?

Had one idea, would could take a list of sponsors names/logos and provide them for use in the RFP cycle.
The usual polite things to do are a blog post thanking sponsors; and to repeat that thanks in any status updates that go out.
