[Marketing] Meeting this week?

Can you attend a meeting this week, in IRC, at this time? I will be circulating a few items on the list beforehand, but in case we can't discuss them all in email first, I would like a meeting to be able to follow up.

http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=12&day=10&year=2008&hour=7&min=0&sec=0&p1=0

11pm Tuesday my time -- okay, can do.

I too am concerned about our expenditures and focus, marketingwise, but I've not been paying enough attention over the past several months. I only have the bandwidth these days to provide input from sidelines; if y'all want to vote me off the island, I'll understand, otherwise I will make an effort to at least be actively engaged in email discussions, etc, as I can't do any of the actual work.

I can make it an hour earlier, or same time the following day.

Hello,

I suggest to change the meetings with more time in advance.

I left the office at 19:00 local time, with meeting next day at 8:00 AM
(today). When I arrive at the meeting time I find that it's being
changed during my night time. It's not easy for me to make the meetings
at 8:00, because I am busy before 9:00, I need to make some
arrangements, so late changes are an inconvenience for me

I'm sorry but I can't make the meeting tomorrow. I'll read the logs.

Hope more people can make it.

Regards,

Miguel Montesinos

Miguel,

I'm very sorry for the change and the inconvenience I caused. For sure, if I had known you were planning to make it, then I would not have changed the time. I will definitely give more notice next time!

For the next meeting I will consider a later time too, so it can be after the workday starts in Europe. My hope is to move the time every few meetings so that each group of people gets a chance to attend during "normal" operating hours. Please let me know if that will be better for you too.

Sincerely,
Tyler

Hi Tyler,

I should have noticed that I was going to make it. The only inconvenience is that it will be impossible for me to make it tomorrow.

For me any other time slot is more suitable, even during my night-time. But that’s just for me, and we are a group around the globe. We must think in the biggest probability.

I’ll read the log.

Thanks for the mail Tyler.

Hi all,
For me the best time slot is a single one, not a changing schedule. The meetings late evening on Thursday were always manageable for me while both 8AM and 5 or 6 PM Amsterdam time are much more problematic (also due to kids and their related school and dinner timing  ).
Cheers,
Jeroen
