[Marketing] New Branding - how to use new branding collateral f.e.letterhead?

Hello,

I wanted to create a letter with the new OSGeo letterhead.

At github I found eps and indd files
  osgeo/marketing/collateral/letterhead/002-US-size at master · OSGeo/osgeo · GitHub

I tried to use them with Libre Office without success.

Is there an Libre Office template?
How is the planned way to use the osgeo/marketing/collateral at master · OSGeo/osgeo · GitHub ?

We paid for the graphics design - and asked for community volunteers to help make office and libra office templates. I have done so for slide presentations but not for letterhead.

Once we have letterhead I would like to update our licenses to make use of it (see the PDFs on this page https://www.osgeo.org/about/licenses/).
