So the only difficulty is we do not yet have material for you to print, and we do not yet have a specific dollar amount approved from Marc and the marketing committee.
And we have a number of pictures of what banners and pull up banners will look like, but nothing printable.

I have not seen the marketing committee make a motion to do any of these things yet, probably why Marc is asking you the price and checking the budget.

The cost of the printing as had been mentioned in the mailing list would be approximately 1000USD which will take care of all materials including, stickers, pullup banners, exhibition canvas print for the booth, to mention afew.
The materials will be distributed during the Geo4Africa Summit (150 delegates) and the Codesprint (100 participants).
So after the materials being printed, I will send you the reciepts for reimbursement.
