Do you need any other roles while we are in the mix? I added:

  • author - should allow you to setup events, resources, local chapter page
  • service provider author - check back here when your page is ready for review / publication

Yes let me quickly check:

  • We need a logo on a white background for this to work out (there is a template the right size here template_tile.png)
  • you may wish to add a photo of the “team” to personalize the page (or the office or team to respect privacy)

There are examples of everything on the add-a-service-provider page.

I finally got around to finishing my provider page as per the add-a-service-provider page - I’d appreciate a review, or if we’re all super busy happy to press publish.

I have been out of the loop for a bit, checking it out now:

  • nicer logo!
  • amazing photo, like something out of Horton hears a who

Looks great, I have hit publish - https://www.osgeo.org/service-providers/spatialised/

Although “pdal” and “pywps” are listed I do not see links to those showing up on your page.

But I do see spatialised listed when searching: https://www.osgeo.org/service-providers/?p=pywps

If you are a core contributor you can work with the PSC to be shown on the PyWPS or PDAL pages also.

I listed PDAL and PyWPS because they’re ‘things I know about, work with and try to/have tried to help with’ - if the meaning for OSGeo purposes is ‘core/really active contributor’, then I should remove those since I really don’t do much ‘actually helpful stuff’ right now based on circumstance.

Your meaning is fine, and it is perfect that you show up when folks search for help on those projects :slight_smile:

If you are contributor to anything you can speak with the project team to get visibility on the project page also (as opposed to right now you show up via a link).
