The UK chapter has been maintaining our own web site for a couple of years now at uk.osgeo.org (we have done our best to interpret and implement the new logo)
We would like to ask if the site www.osgeo.org/uk can be redirected to uk.osgeo.org rather than the existing out of date content get moved over to the new OSGeo website.
Do we need to make a request to a sys admin to get that redirect put into effect or should it come from the marketing committee?
Ah my bad. You are correct Jo - that form provided contact details (including uk.osgeo.org website link) for the new website so we can have a map and help newcomers find osgeo near them!
The spreadsheet tracks what content know about this far. Get Interactive only just got a copy of the Drupal website yesterday so I expect there will be more questions.

It is a good question, I also consider using country code and visualize against natural earth world map. I think the real answer is to help put the map together at the code sprint

I see there’s a google form for the local chapters to fill in. Is the intention to replace existing comment with the responses to that? I was unable to access it (and am unable to join the marketing committee at present apparently!).
