Indeed. No approval needed for booth on local/regional events by chapters and local initiators. (Although that could in the long term hinder us in protecting our brand and organisation as a whole).
Astrid, much appreciated if you can send of some stickers etc from Bonn-surplus. Shipment cost to be reimbursed by Michael with cc to me.
I suggest we are a little careful with going into sticker print and shipment reimbursement on ad hoc basis. Apart from the annual FoSS4G, this has not been done structurally, was not decided upon while putting together this year’s budget (budget is finite) and would thereby become a too subjective exercise.
We can take this as agenda item for next marketing meeting.
