We would be interesting to participate at Where 2.0 conference and
share OSGeo Booth (if it's possible). We have some really good
experiences organising the OSGeo Village on GeoEvenement (France Geo
event - about 10 to 15 booth on a 220m² aera dedicated to FOSS ) and
would be pleased to help organising this event.

I think it would be great to have you guys aboard. I'm still actually

Just wanted to check in on how things were going. We've got all the
materials now in Davis, and potentially several volunteers
ready(assuming they get a booth pass to be in the exhibit hall).
Have you made any headway with O'Reilly on cost a placement of the booth?
FYI- we are about to send O'Reilly a letter about becoming an OSGeo
sponsor, maybe one of their donations would be a booth?
Thanks,

Alex, can you list for Paul what you have you available and can bring to the event - then we can see if there are any gaps to fill?
I had a bit of a brain freeze thinking we'd need to ship stuff to Paul in Victoria... duhh..

Do we have any passes for non-conference attendees to help at the booth?

Paul,
Do you have the details about day and time that the booth will be open.
I think several of our volunteers will need this information before they
can commit(including me).
I updated the wiki page a bit, including a link to what's in the
California Exhibition Pack specifically, number of handouts will be a
little lower by the time we get to Where 2 but it's lists the general
information.
If you have a specific poster in mind, that is made, I may be able to
plot it at my lab.
