I was more meaning when sharing a meeting time online - I like to use a meeting planner link so that people can see when the meeting is in their timezone.
So for this meeting: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingdetails.html?year=2018&month=10&day=29&hour=11&min=0&sec=0&p1=770&p2=179&p3=83&p4=152
So checking that I do not think I can attend, as I will be at a customer site by that time. I will try and check the agenda and contribute via email.
