We need to make a formal 2022 Sol Katz award announcement on the
discuss list and the OSGeo news feed - it hasn't been done yet. Can
we relay the announcement from FOSS4G 2022 channels, do we want to add
something of our own? I think at this point, faster is better than
more correct.
