About me:
Hi, I’m Mohammed Yasar, a second year student doing my majors in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Anna University. I’m interested in software development, open source and building useful technology products. I mostly work with Python and spend time learning data structures and improving my problem solving skills. Recently I started exploring OSGeo projects like QGIS and other geospatial tools because I’m curious about how these large open source systems are built and maintained. I’m also preparing to apply for Google Summer of Code and thought OSGeo would be a great community to start contributing to and learning from
What I want to learn and contribute:
I want to learn more about geospatial technologies and open source collaboration. I’m hoping to start by contributing to documentation, fixing issues or helping wherever I can. Over time I would like to contribute more and possibly work on a GSoC project with OSGeo.
And also I would like an OSGeo account for, Editing wiki.osgeo.org , Reporting bugs related to OSGeo projects, Participating in the OSGeo community.
