· Registration: All of the 10 people listed below have been registered for complimentary conference passes (per sponsorship). You’ll need to pick up your badge at the Sponsor/Exhibitor counter. You will also receive an exhibitor ribbon to give you access to the exhibit hall. Speakers; don’t forget to register.

· Executive Briefing: Will and Aaron are confirmed to attend the Executive Briefing sessions on Tuesday, July 25, http://conferences.oreillynet.com/pub/w/46/radar.html. You will receive a special pass when you pick up your badge.
· Who’s Who: Aaron is confirmed to be on the Who’s Who list, however, since the on-site list has been printed already, your name will appear on the list that will be distributed post-event.
· Keynote Handout: 2000 copies of the OSGeo Ad have been shipped directly to O’Reilly Media. They will distribute at the door.
