It is useful to provide a pre-configured Matrix web client from the
matrix.osgeo.org URL which right now only gives an indication of the
server being functional (not that useful for users)
Maybe Laurenţiu can help with this, as our resident self-hosted matrix
person

We need a new DNS record (I propose "matrix-client") to move on with that
one, doing the DNS part was ticketed as #3110

What's left to do here is configuration of the http proxy for serving what
the matrix container is already serving as per Ansible role

Update: https://matrix-client.osgeo.org is now available. I pushed the
config changes to sac/osgeo3-nginx, but didn't pull on osgeo3-nginx, nor
did I update the Ansible submodule.

What do you mean you didn't pull on osgeo3-nginx ? The new nginx config is
in production ...

We might still tweak the configuration, but I think we can close this for
