Hi, I am aware of the general discussion on Discourse structure for
different chapters and countries [1]. I would hereby like to request a
place for QGIS Estonia. We are willing to wait a moment if it is important
that the overall local chapter structure needs to be agreed on first.

there hasn't been really any information on how to move forward.
Can we start please with a sub-category under QGIS? Like the French one:

and the associated group - Estonia qgis user group - OSGeo Discourse and
