Need to upgrade www.osgeo.org, will start with dev.www.osgeo.org.
Though I seem to be having issue logging into www.osgeo.org that it is
prompting for addition capture and saying my addition is wrong.

I think I really don't know arithmetic was adding when I should have been
multiplying. So I can log into production now.
I've upgrade dev now, if anyone wants to check it out.
I plan to do production later tonight or tomorrow after i do a quick spot
check of dev.
