I shut it down as it's no longer needed.
Though I thought I had removed the nginx config for it. Let me shut it
down again and make sure I delete the nginx config.
It was used for nextcloud, but I have since flipped nextcloud to use the
built in collabora so it's no longer needed.

Note as part of this also ran certbot delete on the certs.
vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org cert was also removed as I had shutdown old-web a
couple of days ago when osgeo7 went down.
