Someone on the OSGeo General matrix asked if MapLibre was an OSGeo
project, to which I said no.

I had assumed only OSGeo projects and Community projects would be listed
here

Projects Archive - OSGeo

But then I noticed, Leaflet was there too which I know is not an OSGeo
project or community project.

This is fine, since on that page, you can see the relevant OSGeo Community
or OSGeo project banners.

However when you go to the detail pages of all the projects, there is no
such banner to designate what kind of project they are.

I think this should be demarcated on the detail pages of all OSGeo
Projects and OSGeo Community Projects.

Might help to also designate non-OSGeo projects we list and have a detail
page for that just are generally used with OSGeo projects, as otherwise it
feels like we are taking credit for things that are not under our
umbrella.
