Please create a mirror of this announce mailing list on discourse.

This idea was suggested by Vicky some days ago.

* Create the forum topic at Discourse. Important: it would be public (but
we can make it private as well) and we would need to make that very clear
in the wiki so no one is unaware of the scope of the message they are
sending.
* Create the forum group that provides the planet@discourse.osgeo.org
receiving email address,
* Jorge Sans will sign up (and whoever wants to receive those emails)
* Redirect the current planet@osgeo.org to discourse

Is the pan ok like that. Any thoughts?
