the geOrchestra project PSC asked for osgeo incubation, and we plan to use
two matrix rooms (already created) on the osgeo.org matrix server as our
official community discussion channels.

to ease communication with our existing channels on irc/libera, is it
possible to bridge:
- #georchestra on irc/libera to #georchestra:osgeo.org
- #georchestra-psc on irc/libera to #georchestra-psc:osgeo.org

i'm gaston on irc/libera, and listed as the founder for both channels
