I kept the prior text as part of the discussion thread reformatting with
headings: Welcome to OSGeo! 👋 - #3 by jive
This way we do not lose content, and by having a heading "tips for osgeo
members" or "if you have multiple email addresses" it is clear we are
doing troubleshooting rather than introduction.
