Peertube is a bit annoying in that it appears you can't give others
control of videos/playlists etc.

So I created a new user called osgeo, so the videos I upload from
conferences aren't stamped with my name. This is a regular user with no
size restrictions.

I'm going to check the credentials into password-store so conference staff
can use it. Right now I have the email set to sysadmin osgeo account. I
plan to create a separate email address and add designated folks that need
to upload conference videos to that.

P.S. it's not trivial to move the videos I already uploaded to this
account, but I think I can do it either directly in the db, or using the
CI console. I need to investigate that.
