When I shut down the machine while a Firefox tab is open on matrix-
client.osgeo.org it happens that re-starting the machine and re-opening
Firefox tries to load that page again and receives an error (from the
matrix client) saying that "something went wrong" and that it was "unable
to reload". Also it says "Go to element.io" as a link.
This ticket is to figure out what the problem is AND to rephrase the
message to be more useful (how useful can it be to go to element.io?)

Comment (by strk):
a screenshot of that page content. Note the missing custom icon and the
link to element.io
