#3401: osgeo.org website send reminder to sponsors to renew the sponsorship

- sponsors are only displayed for a year, then the logo is not listed
anymore and they show up as **preivous sponsors** at
Sponsors Archive - OSGeo
Suggestion
* send a reminder every year to the sponsors (could be automatically 1
onth before the end of the visibility of the logo)
* we already have a new column email for every sponsor
Problem
* not all email contacts are there (we can ask Michael Smith to add the
missing emails)
* some contacts are not valid anymore
* some companies do not exist anymore or changed there name
* Idea: new column where we can save the information whether a company
does not exist anymore
The email should contain
- link to Sponsors Archive - OSGeo
- link to the procedure how to renew sponsorship
