The GRASS project kindly requests the update of Weblate
(https://weblate.osgeo.org/) from current v5.4.3 to v5.13 due to important
fixes which help to improve the translation workflow in the project.
Would that be feasible?

The next upgrade of weblate requires a database upgrade so is bit more
involved than past upgrades. We'll need to test first in our staging env.
But we do plan to upgrade sometime before the end of the year.

Weblate is installed via Docker. Right now it's running PostgreSQL 13. I
think the next upgrade requires a dump restore and upgrade to PostgreSQL
15 or higher.
@cvvergara is testing staging scripts on our current staging, so maybe she
can give you access to that once she has staging for weblate up.
Sorry we didn't get to this last year, we've been busy with the OSUOSL
migrations.
