[OSGeo-Announce] FOSS4G 2024 has been awarded to Belém, Brazil

We are very happy to share the great news that the 2024 Free and Open Source Software for Geospatial Conference (FOSS4G) has been awarded to Belém (Brazil).

FOSS4G (https://foss4g.org/) is the annual event organized by the Open Source Geospatial Foundation (OSGeo) since 2006 and one of the largest global meetings on geospatial software of the year.

In 2024 FOSS4G will take place at the beginning of December in Belém (Brazil).

After the announcement of the voting result of FOSS4G 2024 the local team announced the following message:
