[pgrouting-dev] driving_distance extra parameters

Hi,

I added target_percent and has_holes parameters into the
driving_distance function. These parameters will be fed into postgis'
st_convexhull parameter.

The attached screen dump has a target_percent of 0.7 and has_holes set to true.
