Hi Vicky,

I think this proposal is totally fine … and we more or less do it like this already anyway.

I have a suggestion to move the RFC pages from the Wiki to the repository. Reasons described here: https://github.com/pgRouting/admin/issues/19
Sorry, if it was me maybe, who suggested using the Wiki at first. Is there a reason not to use a regular repository?
