[pgrouting-users] osm2pgrouting for multiple states

I imported Virginia using osm2pgrouting and all is good, but i realized that the shortest path for 2 given points may rely on going through DC and Maryland. What's the workflow for importing multiple data sets? Should osm2pgrouting be used or to it be done from scratch?

thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian,

osm2pgrouting is not able to connect separate imports.
But if you imported multiple times, it might work to run pgr_createTopology function again, so it will reassign source and target ID’s.
