Hi James,

I am sorry to a late reply your mail because I become busy with my writing
PhD Journal Paper.

About this page:http://www.pgrouting.org/docs/howto/build_on_windows.html
you don't need to follow.

You can follow this steps;
Unzip a ZIP file which you have downloaded ( "pgRouting-1.03_pg-8.4.2 ").
after you are unzip you will get 3 folders (Doc, Lib, and Share) and if you
go to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\9.0" then you should see the same name
folder as the folder when you unzip from pgRouting-1.03_pg-8.4.2.zip.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\9.0\Doc"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\9.0\lib"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\9.0\Share"

Then, copy all the data in the folder when you unzip from
pgRouting-1.03_pg-8.4.2.zip. and paste into the same folder name in
"C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\9.0\...."

For example;
in "C:\Users\sittichai\Downloads\pgRouting-1.03_pg-8.4.2\Lib" folder, copy
all 3 files (librouting.dll, libroutind_dd.dll, librouting_tsp.dll) and
paste into "C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\9.0\lib"

Hi Jorge,

No, I think it matters which version of PostgreSQL/PostGIS the Windows binaries were built.
You can find binaries in the GitHub repository of Sanak: https://github.com/sanak/pgrouting/downloads
