[pgrouting-users] Ubuntu packages for 2.1 available

Hi list,

The pgRouting Ubuntu packages for version 2.1 are finally available in
the following PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~georepublic/+archive/ubuntu/pgrouting-unstable

They are built for the default versions of PostgreSQL and PostGIS of the
following Ubuntu releases:
- 15.10 (wily) -> PostgreSQL 9.4 and PostGIS 2.1
- 15.04 (vivid) -> PostgreSQL 9.4 and PostGIS 2.1
- 14.04 (trusty) -> PostgreSQL 9.3 and PostGIS 2.1

If you're still using 12.04 (precise) you need to add the PostgreSQL APT
repository to install PostGIS 2.1:
http://www.postgresql.org/download/linux/ubuntu/

I will wait some time for feedback before copying the packages from the
"unstable" into the "stable" PPA. If you experience any problems, please
let me know.

Regards,
Daniel

Hi Dave,

The package is based on pgRouting 2.1, so the same release notes apply:
https://github.com/pgRouting/pgrouting/releases/tag/pgrouting-2.1.0

The packaging related changes are minor and only caused by some syntax
changes of "git-buildpackage" as well as a new version number of "libcgal".

Regards,
Daniel
