Project Packagere Plugin for QGIS

I don’t know if it is an issue with the plugin or me.

the plugin is to find all the files, often scattered about that the layers in a project needs and gather them up and put them and the project all together in one folder.

It works well, except for one layer which is a parcel layer made of shapefiles.

The folder it creates for these files is empy. When I go do open it on another system it looks to this layer for the parcels data.

I can go and put the parcels files into this empty folder as a zip file and when I open the project in QGIS it opens and the layer is there and works.

However, If I run project packager again it again creates and empty folder. I thought maybe I needed to unzip the zip file . I put just the files in this folder and also tried the folder that unzips with a folder and the files inside it.

When I try to run project packager on either of these it still creates an empty folder.

Maybe there is something about parcel shape files. They should be current and new. Maybe that is an issue.

Maybe there is a workaround. I intend to share this project and need all the layers to work.

Just trying to be clear. Are the shape files in .zip format before you try to package them?
