PSC Vote: SAC 2024 Budget

I've posted a draft of the SAC 2024 budget.

If anyone has comments on things they feel should be changed go ahead and
respond. If you are in approval give a +1.
If I don't hear back in about a week any disagreement, I'll go ahead and
submit to the Board.

Also feel free to give approval or concerns even if you are not on SAC team.
