Has anybody got managed to compile XGRASS under
Linux or AIX3.2 environment. I didn't.
Linux: The first big problem is in src/xgrass/libes/Xgi/Interact.c.
In _XgInteractorActivate the derefereced pointer
'primitiveClass->primitive_class.arm_and_activate' causes
error messages ( dereferenced pointer to incomplete type).
Configuration: Linux-99p10 gcc-2.4.5, Motif-1.2.2 ...
Compiling Flags: -D_NO_PROTO -DXM_1_1_BC -m486
AIX3.2: Compiling went well, but seems to be not correct.
When I select a mapset in menus the command line
shows only strange signs for the selected entry. Selecting
other options (eg. color) works fine.
Executing a program with such a command line results in
a core dump.
(perhaps wrong pointer type)
Configuration: AIX3.2.3, Motif-1.1
