QGIS 3.44 SAGA Plug in missing

I just downloaded QGIS 3.44 LTR. Now I cannot find the Processing Next Generation SAGA plugin. Is there a way to get this plugin as a zip file?

Welcome to the QGIS US list.

So this one is a bit sticky. If you look at this thread: [QGIS-Developer] SAGA GIS plugin maintenance in the QGIS Developer’s list. You’ll see that the plugin isn’t maintained. One of the QGIS dev’s produced it and ended up taking it down due to now support. The SAGA crowd doesn’t want to maintain it but is offering some help in possibly getting one going.

So I guess for the 4.x release you’ll probably need to use the Native SAGA interface.

Thanks. IMHO, the saga qgis system gave us best of both worlds

A community SAGA plugin would be phenomenal. I was just getting going using it… did not know it wasn’t receiving support that’s a bummer.
