Lavorando in QGIS.3 con i raster (ad esempio: raster \ estrazione \ curve di livello) ottengo la segnalazione:

/bin/sh: gdal_contour: command not found

Per curiosità hai problemi anche con grass e python?

Diversamente dal tuo caso
dentro il file
/Library/Frameworks/GDAL.framework/Versions/2.2/Resources/gdal-py3.6.pth
io non trovo nulla.

Ho dato uno sguardo al bug tracker riscontrando che anche altri hanno trovato
difficoltà nell'utilizzo dei comandi GDAL in QGIS 3.
