Would be appropriate to insert QGIS version in the MacOS installer file name
how it is already done in the Windows installer file name.
For example "QGIS-macOS-3-10-1-0.dmg" and not "qgis-macos-pr.dmg" as is
currently the case.
This for the purpose of greater understanding in a version transition phase.
