[QGIS-it-user] Refresh layer on notify option does not persist

Hello everyone,

using qgis 3.16.10-Hannover
on windows 10 home 10.0.19042 Build 19042

i save a project with some postgres layer option "refresh layer on notify" actives, and when i close and reopen the same project this option is turned off but the value inserted in "only if notification message matches.." is remembered.

Even saving the style of the layer as default or the whole project on postgres does not work.

Any idea on how to persist this option?
