Have these already been discussed in meeting?

Having printed out the manual, I have to say that I'm not especially
impressed with the clarity on small images or the thickness of the outer
circle. It's nice to have the 3D effect, but...

Also, in the greyscale and white-on-green (I like this look a LOT btw)
the spokes of the compass look wacky because the shadow has dropped out.
Nothing worse than a compass with bent spokes :slight_smile:

We did discuss most of this on the viscom call yesterday. I am a big fan of the white on green look too, btw, hence the version that Tim Sutton hacked together for me on http://community.osgeo.org (although Tim and I like a rich deep blue better than the green :slight_smile:
